Middle Stump is a traditional English IPA, it uses pale malt, amber malt and wheat malt to create a full bodied ale. In the style of a traditional IPA it is heavily hopped with traditional English hops East Kent Goldings, Bramling Cross, with late addition of new-wave hops Harlequin and Jester which give this beer a flavoursome fruit finish.
